Founded in 1998, Sane Solutions by Dru offers Coaching and Training to leaders, teams and individuals who are experiencing frustration, overwhelm and lack of focus in reaching their professional and personal goals. With Dru clients are empowered to maximize their effectiveness in the areas of time management, communication, goal setting and achievement, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, and meeting facilitation.  Each client’s program is tailored to their individual needs.  Dru’s clients know her to be efficient, non-judgmental, and discreet as well as innovative and creative, and they value the long-lasting effects of the new habits and behaviors that have transformed their businesses and their lives.

Dru graduated from Northwestern University and launched a highly successful, 15-year career in the entertainment industry where she honed her natural skills as a supervisor, liaison, efficiency expert and troubleshooter.  In 1998, at the peak of her success, Dru decided to shift her focus to the innovative new field of Organizing Consulting.  This move came as the direct result of a drive to use her skills, talents and experience to effectively support and empower the professional and personal lives of others.  In this new field Dru became increasingly known not only for her expertise in streamlining and organizing but also in diffusing stress and facilitating learning so that clients would more become effective and produce measurable results.

Dru graduated from the Academy for Coaching Excellence where she is an Adjunct Faculty Member and Licensed Seminar Leader. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and routinely participates in continuing education in her field.

At the community level, Dru has been actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2003 as a mentor and participates in the annual Expanding Your Horizons Program for seventh and eighth grade girls.  She teaches Continuing Education Courses at the local community college, speaks to local groups, and volunteers her time and services to non-profit organizations in the area.  On an international level, she serves as a volunteer Coach to the United Nations World Food Program (UN WFP).

“My greatest success stories are those in which clients have not only accomplished their goals, but are living to their fullest with ease, both personally and professionally. “
